What constitutes sexual harassment? It can be rather subjective - different people or different personalities react to things differently.

Presuming a goup of good friends (including male and female) and their topics include girls and sex - does it constitute sexual harassement to the female if they do not mind the topic and actively involved in the discussion?

Closer to home, let's say during a Frenz outing...
a male member comments on a female member's dressing: "You're dressed very sexy today" Or he smses her "I only like BJ" - does this constitute sexual harassment?

In A F F context: where do you draw the line between flirtatious banter & behaviour and sexual harassment?

incident 2 - boss keeps mentioning how nice it must be to have sex with me... once he asked to go out with him to see a customer... we drove out and then he said he need to run an errand urgently and left me in his guy friend's house. He asked me to make a call on his behalf. The fren told me the phone is in his bedroom on the 2nd floor and so I went up to call... the phone was on a mattress on the floor... I sat down to reach it and when I was dialling the phone, he came up suddenly and pin me down and tried to kiss me... I tried kicking him off and was trashing my legs when I felt another pair of strong arms pinning my legs down... I looked down and saw my boss.. he hadn't left at all... they were trying to force me down and remove my clothes when suddenly we heard a woman's voice calling up.. that belonged to his fren's mother.. I pushed them away and ran off.. never went back to work again...

incident 3 - boss 1 kept asking me if I would accept a situation where he would rent a nice house for me to live in and pay me a lump sum to service him regularly... I said no and he would rub himself against me everytime we are passing each other... It was in a niteclub, I was a receptionist... the place was dark and he had many opportunities to jump me... evenutally I complained to boss 2 who told off his partner... then I get rude and threatening and lewd comments from him all the time... finally couldn't take it and resigned....

Ya, now I would prob advise the same as JLck n SteveLee....

Then I was gullible and alone... Surviving as an orphan in early age, u often take life as it dishes out... Looking for potential trouble is not one of my survival skills...
