The City Health Department reports, that 40% of our promiscuous peers do not use condoms.While this practice should not be condoned in adults, it should be made mandatory in teenagers, to prevent unwanted pregnancies.

Combined with condom use, a thorough wash with an anti-bacterial soap is strongly recommended, to avoid, infection from lesions, or pubic hair not protected by a condom.

 You are right! You cant tell these teenagers anything.

But as a parent of 2 daughters, and a son, it was my prerogative to make it mandatory for them. If each parent takes a stand, there will be lesser stds - most importantly lesser teenage pregnancies. It is a social issue, with no answers in sight. No amount of debate will resolve it, but will surely raise more questions.
