Ideas for group activities
Howdy folks!! Hahahahaha. Hey, does anyone have any ideas for activities for the upcoming year? Camping trips, Bike rides/Car trips, Delta boating, backyard pool parties or jes gatherings by a fireplace.
Let's get to know each other better and have some fun. Share your ideas & fantasies and let's see what we can come up with.
The trip to Angels Camp is already in the works and we have a lot of interest. Many have committed to heading up to join us. We might hafta get another condo or two. The sooner we know, the more there is a possibility of getting another condo. The closer to the date we get, they start gettin scarce. We would like to make this an annual event. What do you think? Feedback is appreciated. After all, this Group is All of Ours.

Well, the Angels Camp trip was a real blast! 14 couples made the trek and there was somebody for everybody. One couple wants to host a weekend in Pismo Beach later this summer. Another couple wants to do a cruise along Tomales Bay and enjoy the oysters. There are tenative plans for a snow mobile trip in March.
We need folks to step up and get involved. Anyone can host an event in or near their area (or anyplace else for that matter!) or even one that has been suggested. Just ask and you will get the help ya need. We're all in this to have a good time and those planning to attend will insure plenty of good times. They sure did at Angels Camp!

2nd that,, had a blast up at the frog jumps,,, not to far up the mtn is a place to rent snow mobiles,, who,s up for feb/ march fun and stayin with jesplayin again,, what fantastic hosts A

*** RAFTING TRIP ***
Hey, how about planning a rafting weekend? Does anyone know of a great place for a group of us to get together to spend the weekend rafting & playing? It would be good to start planing this for next summer. C'mon, some of you know of some great places that are reasonable and have comfortable accommodations.

We just joined the group and love all the events mentioned. We dont bile but have a travel trailer and love to camp. After we get to know you guys we'll actively join/participate. Everyone should read our profile thoroughly though. We would love to go to Harbin Hot Springs with a group and rent multiple adjoining rooms. We may be willing to set that up later in the year. Anyone interested.

American river is always a popular beginner/mid level trip. Should wait for a non drought year.Unless rafting is secondary of course  )

The idea for Harbin sounds pretty good. If you get the information folks will need you can mail it to all the group members. We will be sure to post the event and work on participation.

HEY ALL,, SORRY WE HAVNT BEEN AROUND OTHER ALMOST AS EXITING STUFF HAS BEEN HAPPENING,,, MY TRUCK IS FINALLY UP AND ATOM RUNS LIKE A APE... SO I CAN PULL MY DUNE BUGGY AGAIN... REMEMBER ONLY 2% OF THE EARTH IS PAVED ( THE REST IS FOR ME) THINKIN ABOUT PISMO OR EVEN THE DESERT DUNES OUT AROUND MOHAVE.. AT PISMO ITS GETTEN COOLER SO MOTEL TYPE CAMPING EHH,, THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS AND SOME GOOD NIGHT LIFE FOR THOSE OF US WHO WILL BE UP RIGHT.. ROOMS AVG 75.00 PER.. WE WOULD LIKE SOME IDEAS OR SCENARIO,S ON WHAT YA THINK .. ATV,S CAN BE RENTED HRLY OR DAILY THE DUNES ON A HALF WARM DAY CAN BE A BLAST.. WITH A DECENT ADVANCE NOTICE 2/3 WEEKS 5/6 ROOMS WOULD BE EASY TO SECURE..

That sounds great, ya Masked Bandit! What didja do with Dave? Now an outline of the info along with some activities needs to be sent to our members and close (fun) friends, sorta like we did for Angels Camp next year. Let's do this sometime in the spring or early summer. That would work best for us but whatever the majority wants to do, we're in it also.
We can repost your invitation to our members on SLS too. We have 185 members there. We are still promoting our group on Dating Devil but net getting much response here for some reason.

Another couple asked us if folks might be interested in a bike ride down the coast to Monterey where we would get rooms on the beach. This would definitely be a warm weather ride! Let us know if this sounds good and we will help them set it up.
